Protecting the land and our families.
Help us save our communities from the devastation that will result from the construction of the proposed PennEast Pipeline.
Homeowners Against Land Taking (HALT) PennEast, is a non-profit organization formed by property owners who are impacted by this 36”, 1,480 psi massive fracked gas transmission pipeline. This proposed natural gas pipeline would start in the Marcellus Shale Region of North Eastern PA and will burrow under the Delaware River into New Jersey compromising some of the most pristine areas in both PA and NJ.
There is a lot at stake for HALT members, the community and the environment. If we do not act now, the damage will be irreversible to the Delaware Valley Watershed. Clean water, old growth forests, preserved farmland/open space paid for by tax payers, endangered wildlife, small businesses, and much more are negatively impacted by the proposed PennEast Pipeline. Even our families health and safety is at stake!
We are gathering resources to protect the infringement on our property rights, direct harm to our cultural, historic, commercial and open space interests, and the health, economic and environmental costs. As landowners, we are pitting our homes, businesses, farms, dreams, and the safety of ourselves and families directly against this reckless industry. We are asking for donations to assist us in the legal fees associated with preserving these interests which extend far outside of our own communities.
Consider donating to HALTs legal fund and be a part of saving the Delaware Valley Watershed, its communities and our clean water we cherish so much. The time is now.
HALT PennEast is a volunteer organization approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Donations to a 501(c)(4) are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Donations may be deductible as trade or business expenses, if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer’s business.
Thank you for helping us our community!
