PennEast Pipeline Townhall Meeting

The PennEast Pipeline will put our environment and safety at risk and we must come together to learn how to stop it! On Monday, April 25th the New Jersey Sierra Club will host a town hall with top experts to provide information and strategies to fight that threatens our open space, water, and parkland.

Speakers: Jeff Tittel, NJ Sierra Club, the Delaware Riverkeeper Network; Lynda K. Farrell, Executive Director, Pipeline Safety Coalition; and Karen Feridun, Berks Gas Truth, Founder.

Senator Kip Bateman and Assemblyman Reed Gusciora will be attending.

The proposed route would cross 88 waterways, including the Delaware River, which supplies the drinking water for 7 million people. Come out with your friends and neighbors to learn how to join the campaign to fight against this damaging project!

This town hall will update residents on our battle to stop the pipeline as well as upcoming actions to fight various regulatory approvals. We must protect the Delaware River Valley from this pipeline that is unneeded and unnecessary and need your help to continue the public outcry. We need to work together to fight against the dozens of pipelines and other dirty energy projects being proposed in our state. Please join us April 25th to learn what the threats are and our efforts to stop PennEast Pipeline.
